What makes a place special?
What business would you miss most if it vanished from your town?
Do you believe “official looking” notices – however silly they are?
We’re re-designing Wellington as part of a Geography / Art project.
Plans for new buildings and changes to existing ones have been drawn up. Look out for our “planning notices.” If you see one, please get in touch with your comments. The map below shows the location of the notices.
The Wellington museum will be knocked down because it is an eyesore. It will be replaced by a Tony Pryce sport shop.
The Kings Arms into a 3 storey bouncy castle.
We intend to do this for all the children in the area; we need more children facilities for parents to drop their children off while shopping.
We don’t need the Kings Arms because there are too many drunks walking around Wellington scaring little children.
We understand that people will be out of a job but we can easily arrange for them to work in other pubs or hotel bars.
Our proposal is to turn Wellington School into a Court Fields Sixth Form extension. The reason for this is because Court Fields have been waiting for an extension for ages, so we have granted their wish. Another reason for this is because the site is big enough and the students from Wellington School can still attend.

“disgraceful and irresponsible”
“an excellent idea”
To change Corn Hill Arcade into a French Restaurant.
We intend to do this to encourage outsiders to come and eat in this fancy French style diner.
The Corn Hill Arcade has `true trends` in it but they can be located into another building.
The Arcade has such a look about it that a restaurant would be a great step up for Wellington.
Members of the public, this notice is to inform you about Lloyds Bank is going to be re-modelled into a McDonalds, this is because Wellington needs some more attractions.
The public will use the Wellington Football Pitch Car Park and Lloyds bank will be closed on the 21st Of May onwards and further construction will be taken from that point.
Banks to burgers…
